For those of you with weak stomachs, do not read this.

At our kitchen bar, Parker refuses to sit near Gretchen because she "touches" him. So Dallin sits in the middle. As most kids do, they all prefer different foods. So at the end of one of our normal lunchtimes while Gretchen and Parker were eating cottage cheese, and Dallin yogurt since cottage cheese grosses him out, we had an adventure in motherhood. Dallin was entertaining us with his stories, and haphazardly waving his spoon near Gretchen, who knocked it to the floor. Dallin proceeds to tease her, staring in her face saying, "I'm gonna get you girl!" When our innocent princess takes her messy cottage cheese covered hands and smears them down Dallin's face. For those of you who do not know, Dallin has the WORST gag reflex. And you can guess what happened next. I ran for a washcloth, quickly wiping his face, saying "breath, calm down, it's okay" Too late his lunch all over the worst place....himself. So he is still gagging. I am trying to get him to the bathroom. He is gagging while taking off his clothes. All the while Gretchen is rather loudly imitating his gagging noises. Which is only making it worse. So much for my appetitite. I cleaned the floor, his seat, and his clothes and skipped lunch. Got to love being a mom!

The most interesting two people to eat with or NEAR. Posted by Hello
Our little lady loves to look pretty for church, and as you can see loves the camera. If you pull it out for a candid shot, she says CHEESE! I took the picture before church since they were looking sooooo cute, and Richard says Gretchen had her UNC dress on. (I have to admit light blue is her color). But on the way to the van after church she fell on the sidewalk and ripped her tights. No blood, tiniest scrape in the world. Which she did not notice, but the tights. Oh my gosh, she cries. In fact, she cried all the way home and was still crying when we took them off. Her day was ruined. I got just what I always wanted.....a girlie girl. Now I am eating my words and laughing while I do it.

Oh my gosh, I ripped my tights. :( Posted by Hello

What Gretchy does while Parker is at school...follow me and watch TV Posted by Hello
IT WAS THE FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL....Parker started his first day at his new preschool. We were blessed to find a great preschool around the corner from Dallin's school. (Three days a week for three hours a day.) Parker even has three friends from church that go to the same preschool. He loves his teachers, Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Joe. His favorite thing at school is the bible story time. And we love to hear a three year old's version of Moses and the burning bush. He ran right in the first day, and started playing with the boys. So, I guess the first day was tougher for me than him.

I read the funniest thing this week....I just had to share. Hopefully, you will all think it is funny, that or I was in a silly mood and neeeded a laugh.:)

"I was changing my infant daughter's diaper while my son watched. As I rolled her from tummy to back, my son exclaimed, 'WHOA! HER BUTT CRACK GOES ALL THE WAY AROUND!"

HA!HA! You have got to love kids and private parts. Either your crack is long or your parts have "broken off" as Parker tells Gretchy.

Richard needed a picture for the Ecolab Management on the Move Newsletter. So here he is, the reason why we are here in TN. Just kidding! We love Richard. We are so excited for him, and extremely proud. He has been working hard towards this goal since he started with the company. Now he is on to conquer new goals. And we are right behind him...Because we know he is GREAT!
