Fun times for the Family
For Dallin's birthday, we took the kids to Chattanooga to see Ruby Falls and the Forbidden Caverns. It was really cool, and the kids loved it. You got to go down a glass elevator, and I mean WAY down. Then they took you on a tour of the caverns, which was very interesting. We have done the cave thing before, but at the end of this one there is a huge waterfall coming from the top of a large "room" in the cave. You get to walk behind it. Very windy and very cold. Then they turn out all the lights, pitch black and start a light show with the water. Then we went up to the lookout which you can see all of Chattanooga, the Chattahoochee River, and even down the the waterfront where the aquarium is. We ate some yummy hotdogs and played on the playground which was at the top of the mountain. It was another fun day for the family.
