Family=Fun!
For Turkey Day, Papa and Grammer, Aunt Dare, Uncle Ryan and Owen & Elijah, came to visit us. We went to lunch at one of Richard's favorite places, Ramsey's for some good old country cookin, then headed to Cade's Cove for a little "hiking" Richard style. On turkey day, we went to Calhoun's, another of Richard's favs, and then to see Happy Feet at the movies. We decided to skip the black friday crows and headed to Dollywood, which several thousands of people also decided to do. We actually parked at the water park lot b/c it was soooo crowded. BUT we still had fun riding rides, and of course chowing down on some yummy food at DW. On Saturday, the gang headed to the UT vs. Kentucky game, except for me, Gretchen, Dare and the twins who headed to the mall for a little shopping and Dare's fav. Petro's chili. We taught the gang a new board game, which they were really good at and tried to beat Rich and I....HA...amateurs. We had fun, and both my boys have commented on moving back to NC to hang out more. :( DAllin acutally said he was torn, b/c he likes it here but misses NC too. Me too big guy, me too!
